A Legacy of Protection
After more than three decades in law enforcement, I have witnessed both the best and worst of what our communities can face. I have stood in moments of crisis, made difficult decisions under pressure, and carried the responsibility of protecting others when it mattered most.
Shepherd’s Sheepdog Consulting was born from that experience and from a calling that did not end with my badge.
I founded this firm on a simple conviction: the people who build, lead, teach, and worship should be able to do so in safety and peace. Protection should not be reactive. It should be intentional, strategic, and guided by experience.
Our mission is to serve as vigilant guardians for corporate organizations, faith-based institutions, and schools—strengthening their safety and security posture, preparing their leaders, and ensuring they are ready long before a crisis ever appears.
Being a sheepdog is not about aggression. It is about responsibility. It is about standing watch so others can focus on their purpose.
